ADCP makes big revelations in Jyoti Nooran's house firing case in Jalandhar

ADCP Akarshi Jain says unlike the news that suggested a firing incident has been reported, there was no evidence found of such happening from the scene.

The police authorities have swiftly responded to the claims that were being made regarding an alleged shooting incident that took place outside the residence of renowned Punjabi Sufi singer Jyoti Nooran. Sharing details about the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police (ADCP) Akarshi Jain discloses that there has been no such firing incident, she affirms that the police teams have conducted a through checking of the facts and evidences and they all point out that there was no such incident that took place outside the residence of Jyoti Nooran in Jalandhar.

However, ADCP Akarshi Jain further claims that the CCTV footage that has been making rounds is under scrutiny and being inspected. The person seen in the CCTV footage has been identified as Sumit Kumar alias Rocky who has been rounded up by the police for questioning. The police have assured that the case would be probed from all possible angles and the CCTV footage would be verified. However, ADCP Akarshi Jain made it clear that unlike the news that suggested a firing incident has been reported, there was no evidence found of such happening from the scene.
