An accident took place near Lamba Pind Chowk, on the Jalandhar-Amritsar highway, when a car was hit by a truck. The collision caused the car to lose balance and it crashed into the divider. Fortunately, the car driver narrowly escaped the incident.
Following the collision, a heated argument broke out between the two drivers, causing commotion at the highway and troubling the commuters. The Rama Mandi Police Station was alerted about the situation. Upon arriving at the scene, the police seized the vehicles and initiated a probe.
The car driver was identified as Balwinder Singh, a resident of Amritsar. The driver informs that he was travelling to Khanna, near Lamba Pind Chowk, when a truck hit his car from the side. The driver recalls the car being veered onto the divider. Luckily, the driver escaped unharmed and no fatalities were reported in the accident, however, severe damage was reported to the car.
