Till now (October 11), Indian Railways have operationalise a total of 12 (6 up and down) trains to and from Amritsar, and other Punjab cities.
Train Number 05050 (ASR CPR SPL) runs once a week on Saturday. It departs from Amritsar at 5:45 pm and reach Chhapra the second day at 11:55 PM. It stops at stations like Jalandhar City, Ambala Cant, Moradabad, Bareilly, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Siwan, etc.
Train Number 05735 (KIR FESTIVALSPL) also runs once a week on Friday. It departs from Amritsar at 1:25 pm and reaches Katihar the next day at 11:45 pm.
Train Number 04608 (CPR FESTIVAL SPL) only runs on Sunday. It departs from Amritsar at 9:40 am and passes through Jalandhar City, Phagwara, Rajpura, Ambala Cant, Bareilly, Gonda, Siwan, etc. It reaches to its destination i.e. Chhapra at 9 am the next day.
Train Number 05733 (ASR KNE FEST SPL) also runs once a week i.e. on Saturday. It departs from Amritsar at 4:25 am and reaches Kishanganj the next day at 5: 30 pm. It has stoppages at Jalandhar City, Ludhiana, Ambala Cant, Meerut City, Aligarh, Kanpur, Lucknow, Sonpur, Hajipur, Begusarai, etc.
Train Number 05006 (BNY FESTIVAL SPL) runs on Friday. It departs from Amritsar at 12;45 pm and reaches Barhni at 08:15 am the next day.
