Punjab to witness sunny days from September 4 after continuous heavy rain, but showers may return on..

IMD Chandigarh weather prediction has too brought some sigh of relief for the residents of Punjab.

After back-to-back days of relentless rain, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) of Chandigarh unit issued no any fresh alert for the flood-hit state. All 23 districts of Punjab have been declared flood hit by the government and districts like Jalandhar, Ludhiana, etc, have been witnessing rainfall for the past 3 days.

Even on September 3, heavy rainfall continued to occur till afternoon. However, a bright sunny weather was witnessed after at least 2 days in city.
