The much‑anticipated performance by sufi king and singer Satinder Sartaaj at the Saras Mela in Ludhiana has been officially rescheduled from its original date of October 10 to the closing night, October 13.
The change in date came at Sartaaj’s request due to the Karwa Chauth festival falling on October 10 a day of significance for many.
The Saras Mela 2025 is currently underway on the grounds of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, running from October 4 to October 13. The mela is known for promoting India’s cultural heritage showcasing traditional crafts, regional cuisines, performances, and workshops from across the country.
