Government's Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on Thursday told a bench of Supreme Court justices that a committee will be constituted to determine the criteria for EWS within a time span of four weeks. The issue of EWS criteria arised as part of its inclusion in the NEET counseling which has been put on hold.
