1) September 3- Banks will remain closed in Ranchi. The reason being Karma Puja. For the unversed, Karma Puja is a tribal festival celebrated mostly in Jharkhand, Bihar(Magadh region of Bihar), West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Assam, and Odisha

2) September 4- Banks will remain closed in Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) and Kochi to mark the celebration of First Onam.

3) September 5- Banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal , Chennai, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Ranchi, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, and Vijayawada.

Banks will remain closed in the aforementioned cities due to Id-E-Milad/Milad-un-Nabi or Id-e Milad (Birthday of Prophet Mohammad) (bara vafat)/Thiruvonam/Milad-i-Sherif

4) September 6- Banks will remain closed in Gangtok and Srinagar due to Id-e-Milad (Milad-Un-Nabi)/Indrajatra

5) September 12- Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar due to Friday following Eid-i-Milad-ul-Nabi

6) September 22- Banks will remain closed in Jaipur due to Navratra Sthapna.

7) September 23- Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar due to Birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji.

8) September 29- Banks will remain closed in Agartala, Guwahati, and Kolkata due to Maha Saptami/Durga Puja.

9) September 30- Banks will remain closed in Agartala, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Imphal, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, and Ranchi due to Maha Ashtami/Durga Ashtami/Durga Puja
