Thousands of users stormed micro-blogging site X, formerly Twitter, to complaint against WhatsApp Scroll. WhatsApp Web Scroll Down became the hot topic on September 9 morning from 11:30 am.
For those who still cannot understand and using WhatsApp services in their phone without any issue, problem erupted in scroll up and scroll down on WhatsApp Web.
Users who were logged in WhatsApp Web in their PC or laptops started facing difficulties onward from 11:30 am (IST) onwards.
A user on X wrote, "Scroll not working in @WhatsApp web anyone else facing the same issue, not only whatsapp web is slow compared to other chat platforms it also doesnt load images quickly and store information on its platform just keeps filling my mobile."
Another user wrote, "@WhatsApp is there any trouble with your WhatsApp Web? We can't scroll up or down using mouse on our page."
One more user wrote, "Whatsapp web error, can't scroll messages with the mouse. Thought it was a PC error, but asked office friends, and it's the same for everyone."
