Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha on Sunday was the showstopper for designer Pawan Sachdeva at the Lakme Fashion Show. Mr. Chadha walked the ramp with actor Aparshakti Khurana. This act of Raghav Chadha offended the opposition.
Making his ramp debut, Raghav Chadha wore a black leather jacket and pants over a burgundy high-neck. The videos and pictures of Rajya Sabha member Raghav Chadha went viral on social media.
Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira sharing the video of Raghav Chadha wrote on Twitter, “Dear @raghav_chadha modeling with Lakme important or protecting the rights more important that Bjp is infringing upon like their latest decision to take all Chandigarh employees under central govt rules?”
Punjab Youth Congress President Barinder Dhillon also took a jibe while posting a video of Raghav Chadha's modeling. “Punjab MP @raghav_chadha during rajya sabha victory parade. Modeling in #LakmeFashionWeek2022 week is a worse political stunt than our very own bhangra politicians?? This is the "Badlav" punjab wanted. #ArvindKejriwal,” wrote Brinder.
Chadha was elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha as a Member of Parliament (MP) on March 25 along with Ashok Kumar Mittal, Harbhajan Singh, Sandeep Pathak and Sanjeev Arora.
