28 patients discharged from Jalandhar COVID care centre

The patients showed complete satisfaction over the quality treatment provided to them there.

As many as 28 coronavirus positive patients today were discharged after proper treatment from the local COVID Care Centre in Government Meritorious School, Jalandhar.

The patients were given a warm send-off by the team of doctors and nursing staff at the COVID Care Centre. 

The patients identified as Ms. Pooja, Ms. Kulwinder Kaur, Mr. Sameer, Mr. Vijay Singh, Mr. Ramu, Mr. Kaushalya, Ms. Gauri, Mr. Mastan Singh, Ms. Gurpreet Kaur, Ms. Rajinder Kaur, Ms. Sunita, Ms. Rihaana, Ms. Salma, Mr. Aziz, Mr. Nazir, Ms. Neemat, Mr. Mujjammil, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Pankaj, Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Mr. Madan Lal, Mr. Rajat, Mr. Sukhwinder Lal, Mr. Amarpreet Singh, Mr. Jugraj Singh, Mr. Jasvir Singh, Mr. Jasbir, and Mr. Rohit Dhir were taken to COVID Care Centre thereafter being finding positive and undergone treatment under a dedicated team of Doctors led by Senior Medical Officer Dr. Jagdish Kumar.

The patients showed complete satisfaction over the quality treatment provided to them there. They thanked all the medical and Paramedical staff who took care of them in the last couple of days.

The patients also expressed their gratitude towards the state government led by Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for making elaborate arrangements to take care of the patients in this hour of crisis.

Civil Surgeon Jalandhar Dr. Gurinder Kaur Chawla said that with the sheer commitment of the medical experts and the will power of every individual Punjab in general and Jalandhar, in particular, would win the fight against this pandemic.

The Civil Surgeon said that under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ghanshyam Thori, the Health Department was fully committed to win the war against Corona Virus.
