Kashmir witnessed a cowardly attack by the Lashkar-e-Taiba (L-e-T) terrorists from a mosque in Sopore. The Lashkar-e-Taiba (L-e-T) carried out the attack in Sopore on Wednesday, according to Vijay Kumar, the Kashmir Inspector General of Police. Terrorist attack is not new in Kashmir, however, a picture went viral that triggered the attack emotionally. A civilian was killed right in front of his three-year-old grandson.
The heartbreaking pictures that surfaced showed the boy sitting on the dead body. He was later taken by the army and police personnel as they attended to him post the trauma.
One CRPF Head Constable was also killed while three security personnel were injured after terrorists struck a CRPF party in Sopore earlier in the day.
However, some people started their propaganda and accused the CRPF of killing the 3-years-old grandfather. Now the child has narrated the ordeal how his grandfather was shot.
