Sometimes the best breakfast is one you can eat on-the-go. As much as we try to sit down for meals, we’re often too rushed in the a.m., especially if we’re also hitting the gym — or the snooze button.

For a morning meal that fuels your day and still fits in your hands, look no further than these breakfast sandwiches. The options are superior to what you’d find at a fast-food joint or coffee shop (and they’re way less greasy). We’re talking bacon, sausage, egg, vegan, fruit, chocolate — pretty much anything that fits between slices of bread, a bagel, or a croissant. With so many choices, you’ll never skip breakfast again.


1. Capsicum Sandwich without Bread


Among these trends is a kind of sandwich that recently went viral on social media, except it does not need bread. Food enthusiasts recently came up with what they claim to be a healthy version of the dish called bell pepper sandwich in which sliced bell pepper substitutes bread. Other than that, dish includes tomatoes, cheese slices and turkey slices.


2. Eggo Mayo Sandwich


The best breakfast sandwich you’ll ever have, seriously. These quick egg sandwiches are great for lunch and dinner, too. Feel free to change up the toppings. Recipe yields 1 sandwich; cook one egg at a time and place a couple of slices of cheese in the center to melt, then fold one side over the middle, followed by the opposite side. Repeat with the remaining two sides. And you’re done!


3. Avocado-Egg Sandwich


Avocado and egg salad with spinach. Simply chop up some hard boiled eggs, avocado and baby spinach. Add a little yogurt or mayo for some creaminess, a salt and pepper to taste, a little paprika, squeeze of lemon to preserve the avocado. Then put this salad mixture into slices of bread and grill or serve raw.


4. Peanut Butter with Banana twist Sandwich


Basically a peanut butter sandwich dipped in an easy French toast mixture. It can be crispy on the outside and then melted, warm Pb and bananas in the middle. Add peanut butter on one side of the bread then add banana coins on the other. Combine into a sandwich then dip in your French toast mixture, letting the bread soak it in.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add some butter or coconut oil, then add your sandwich in. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, cook 3-4 more minutes. Remove and eat either on its own or top with a little honey or maple syrup.


5. Basic Spinach Sandwich


Spinach is the best ingredient if healthy topic comes anywhere. There it is the Spinach with egg twist sandwich with cheese slice and pizza pasta sauce to give a tango twist in this. Scramble your eggs and put tomatoes,onion, spinach and cheese slices onto settled scrambled egg and then apply sauces on one side of bread and put it onto the mixture. Then flip the bread and put another slice of bread  and yippie your sandwich is ready to serve.
