The action was taken after a voice was raised in Arab: Owaisi

On the other hand, Owaisi has also reacted to Nupur Sharma's statement. He says that Arab countries raised their voice against Nupur Sharma's statement on the Prophet Mohammad case, and then she was expelled. He questioned why action was not taken against Nupur Sharma for 10 days. He said that the central government has ruined India's foreign policy.

OIC had condemned

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), based in the Saudi city of Jeddah, condemned the remarks on Prophet Mohammad by BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, saying it "came in the context of "increasing hatred of Islam in India and mistreatment against Muslims". ' The OIC calls itself the collective voice of the Muslim world. However, Qatar, Arab and other countries have welcomed Nupur Sharma's expulsion action.

India opposed the comment

In this recent statement of the OIC, the official spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs Arindam Bagchi has said that we have seen the statement of the Secretary-General of the IOC. The Government of India strongly rejects these unfair and narrow-minded remarks of the OIC Secretariat.

7.6 million Indian expatriates in the Gulf countries Historically, relations between India and the Gulf countries have been very strong. India imports a large part of its oil needs from these countries, apart from this, according to the data of the Ministry of External Affairs, about 76 lakh Indians work in the Middle East countries.
