AAP Punjab's co-incharge Raghav Chadha alleges that goingback to 7 August 2019, Captain Amarinder Singh knew that the Farmers’ ProduceTrade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act; Farmers (Empowerment andProtection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act; and theEssential Commodities (Amendment) Act would be implemented. He said the CM haddone gaddari with the people.

Chadha made several allegations against the ChiefMinister of Punjab. He alleges that Amarinder Singh was nominated by PrimeMinister Modi himself to be a member of the High-Powered Committee. This is aclear case of match-fixing between the two, which is why he alleged Captaindidn't let anyone know that the three black farm laws would be implemented.

Captain wanted to be a part of the High-Powered Committeeto give tacit support to corporate. The sole agenda of the High-PoweredCommittee on agriculture was to implement the three black farm laws, claimsChadha.

Chadha further asked questions to CM Singh, Why didn't heplace his dissent before the High-Powered Committee about the three black farmlaws? Why didn't he insist on the induction of Farm Unions and Farm leaders, who would be directly aggrieved and impacted by these black laws.

During his recent Facebook Live, Captain Amarinder claimsthat he himself wrote a letter to the PM to be made a member of theHigh-Powered Committee. According to the AAP Leader, this means that Captainhad knowledge all along about importance of that decisions that would be takenat these meetings.

Chadha claims, Amarinder Singh was well aware thatcorporates would be brought in to market farmers' crops. He was also aware thatnew ways of contract-farming will be introduced. He knew that MSP and the MandiSystem would be removed, but he never breathed a word to anyone.

While challenging CM Amarinder Singh, he said, "Ichallenge Captain Amarinder Singh to produce even one shred, one iota ofevidence to prove that he registered his dissent about the three black farmlaws, dissented against the agenda, the Terms of Reference of the High-PoweredCommittee on agriculture."

Chadha further made several allegations that since 7 August2019, Captain Amarinder Singh knew, in writing, who the members of theCommittee are, he knew the agenda of every meeting. Why didn't he at least havea discussion with farmer unions? Captain represents an agrarian state and didnot once warn anyone about the gravity of these farm laws. He has acted in amost surreptitious manner.

The RTI reveals that the three black farm laws that ourfarmer brothers have been fighting against formed the agenda of theHigh-Powered Committee, they were discussed in detail.

Captain was alleged to be a participant in these verydiscussions, according to them.

"What can be bigger proof than this RTI? We can nowsay with certainty that the Captain has told a barefaced lie to everyone, tothe people of Punjab, to the farmers of Punjab, to all the annadaatas, he hashoodwinked everyone." alleges Raghav Chadha, AAP Punjab Co-incharge

According to Chadha, the terms of Reference of theCommittee clearly and emphatically mention that they will suggest changes toattract corporates in agricultural marketing and infrastructure. How is thisnot proof that that Captain has betrayed Punjab and its farmers: Raghav Chadha,AAP Punjab, Co-incharge.

The Terms of Reference of the High-Powered Committee areexactly what the three black farm laws are all about. For a year in advance,Captain Amarinder Singh knew the agenda and stood tight-lipped. I don't thinkthe people of Punjab require any further proof of Captain's deceit: RaghavChadha, AAP Punjab Co-incharge

Captain Amarinder Singh must make public the minutes ofthe meetings. What is the need for this top-level secrecy: Raghav Chadha, AAPPunjab Co-incharge

It is now crystal clear that Captain Amarinder Singh isthe agent of the Bharatiya Janata Party. This is a clear case of match-fixingbetween the Captain and Prime Minister Modi. Captain has openly backstabbed thepeople of Punjab, the farmers of Punjab, alleged Chadha.

Captain Amarinder Singh has sold off Punjab in his'putr-moh', and in order to save his son. It was with his consent that the threeblack farm laws were passed, alleged AAP Punjab co-incharge.

It is with a heavy heart that I say that CaptainAmarinder Singh has backstabbed the farmers and people of Punjab, and for thiscrime of deceit, he will have to pay penance for generations to come, alleged RaghavChadha, AAP Punjab Co-incharge
