Fast, Ballet, and Twist dancer could burn 288 calories per hour base on 100 lb. Slow, Waltz, Foxtrot dancer could burn up to 144 calories per hour base on 100 lb. In diabetic patients, dance forms can lower the high blood sugar levels to a great extent.
