Steps to Control Anger

Anger can be controlled by a strong mind

Anger Anger-Management Uncontrolled-Temper

One thing we all hold inside is a feeling of anger. Maybe we express this through our body or words or keep it inside , anger is the biggest disorder of humans. One second of anger is enough to devastate our lives mostly when anger comes in wrong situations. That is a bitter and deep reality that all of us intentionally develop the feeling of anger and it can actually be controlled by a strong mind. Let us consider two contrasting examples.

First, at the workplace, bosses without any mistake tend to pour their anger upon their employees. The root cause of the anger can be a big family issue or simply a bad meal served at home. All we just do when we are insulted in front of all, is that listen patiently with head down.

But once we get back home the situations completely change. When our younger son approaches us that the elder one has beaten him, we don’t even consider the actual clause and shower all the anger upon him. This is actually enough to prove the point that we intentionally get angry and can control it in many situations.
