In a shocking event after being drugged a girl has been gang-raped in Jalandhar by three youths on 14 April.
As police officials explained that the three friends had taken the girl to an unknown place where they first drugged her. After that, they gang-raped her. When the girl escaped the clutches of rapists and reached home, she was in a severe condition. The girl was narcotized to an extent that she was behaving like an insane.
When her family members took her to the hospital for medical check up, it was found that she had been raped after being narcotized. On this basis, the family had complained to the police, but after seeing that no concrete action was taken by the police, they reached the police commissioner.
With the help of the police commissioner, the case was registered on April 22 and on 25 April, the statements were recorded before the magistrate under section 164 of CrPC in the court. So far police has been arrested two accused Pamu and Ladi and the search of third is underway.
