The NCB arrested a leading Bollywood production house alongwith another person. They were in possession of 16 packets of cocaine weighing17.6 grams.
Suraj Godambe, a well-known hairstylist and the head of make-updepartment, was arrested following a tip-off. The supplier is one LalachandaYadav, an auto driver working for a Nigerian drug cartel with operations inMumbai.
The hair stylist will be interrogated. There is suspicionthat he peddles the drugs to further people. The worth of the 17.6 grams ofcocaine is Rs 56,000.
Yadav has informed that he worked for a Nigerian drugcartel and Mumbai is the place where they peddle their drugs. The phones of boththe people are being analysed by the NCB.
