AAP’s MLAs in action mode in Punjab: Check the hospitals, senior medical staff found drunk during the visit

Aam Aadmi Party’s MLAs are in action mode as they got the majority in the state, visited the hospitals to have a reality check of the situation

After a historic win in Punjab, the new MLAs of the state are in action mode. On Monday, many government hospitals of different districts were inspected. It includes the Government hospital of Pattran, Ludhiana, Bhadaur, and Batala. During the visit of MLA Kulwant Singh Baazigar at Pattran’s Government hospital, a senior medical doctor was found intoxicated. After which MLA immediately called up his senior officers and asked them to take action.

 
MLA Kulwant Singh Baazigar said that there were complaints about the doctor for a long time. When Kulwant Singh visited the hospital, the doctor was found drunk. He can’t even tell his name. After which MLA called his senior officers and asked him to take action.

 
The officer who was asked to take action on the doctor was seen taking the side of that doctor. He said that this type of disorder will not be supported now. If required he will visit the hospital daily to check on it.

 
AAP’s MLA from Ludhiana Central Ashok Parashar Pappi also visited the Government hospital. He met the patients. The patients told him their complaints regarding the hospital facilities and the staff working there. The patients said that they did not get their reports on time and the staff did not come from time to time to check the patients.

 

Labh Singh Ugoke, MLA from Bhadaur seat also checked the hospital. During his visit, he met the patients and talked to them about the hospital facilities. He also asked the hospital staff to treat the patients properly.
