ZEE5's yet another endeavour to keep its viewers and its customers afloat is the third season of its crime story 'Abhay'.
Interestingly, the OTT Sony Liv of the company which is going to merge with Sony has also launched the third season of one of its web series 'Gullak' in the competition on the same occasion.
It is obvious that Sony Liv has to win in this pre-Milan contest, but before that, it's the branding of G5 seems to be weakening day by day.
Sony has started making all its stories in its studio, Studio Next, Zee has also produced 'Abhay 3' in its own company Zee Studios. There is still a lot of written reading to be done between the two companies before the time when milk mixes like water.
But, whenever 'Abhay 3' is mentioned in this account, it will be remembered as a weak culmination of a great idea.
The character named 'Abhay' developed by director Ken Ghosh along with his writers is now daydreaming.

Story of Abhay 3

It looks like a complete recruitment chain. Story. A total of five people are writing it, including screenplay and dialogues. The story that has been made out of this panchayat is absurd. There is no charm in the magic of Vijay Raj's character.
There is no hypnosis and only the visions of the singularity are there. Expectations were high from Rahul Dev but he too remained just a page in the expansion of the story.
In the series being directed by Ken Ghosh, when the condition of such capable actors is like this, then what to expect from the rest.
Some of the problems of the third season of the web series 'Abhay' are old and some are new.
According to the story, the geographical conditions visible on the screen were revealed in the last season itself. But the makers of the series did not try to improve it.
The weakness of their background is also visible in the dialogues of the characters. In the process of making a video version of 'Manohar Kahaniyan', its authors forgot the basic soul of their story, its DNA.
