Bhopal, Dec 31: The Madhya Pradesh government has appointed Mr. Sudhi Ranjan Mohanty, a 1982-batch IAS hitherto serving as a Chairperson, Madhya Pradesh Board of secondary Education as the Chief Secretary.
He follows Mr. Basant Pratap Singh, who is superannuating from the service, but would be appointed as the State Election Commissioner.
