Adult movie star Kendra Lust lauds Mike Fitzgerald for $1.4 million donation for downtown

Entrepreneur & Investor Mike Fitzgerald is currently sweeping the internet and earning a lot of praise from Americans after it was reported that he will donate a whopping amount of $1.4 million to three downtown entities: The Maryland Theatre, Collegium Sanctorum Angelorum, and the Greater Hagerstown Committee. Notably, Hagerstown developer Mike Fitzgerald has already invested in the downtown projects after spending 19 years building his business and his recent decision to donate another $1.4 million has indeed raised many eyebrows. Now, former Adult star Kendra Lust on Thursday took to her Instagram account and lauded Mike Fitzgerald for his generous effort. Mike Fitzgerald's donation earned him a lot of praise from all around and Kendra Lust expressed that society needs more men like the Hagerstown developer.

Why Mike Fitzgerald is donating?

As per Herald-Mail, Mike Fitzgerald decided to give it back to society because of his son. As per Fitzgerald, he reached to this decision because he has been thinking a lot about his life recently, including the love he has for his 10-year-old son Benjamin. Furthermore, Mike state that he is following in the footsteps of former Hagerstown industrialist Thomas Pangborn, whose historic former home on The Terrace was purchased by Fitzgerald two years ago. Mike plans to donate million of dollars to the three entities over a 10 to 15 year period, with a large amount up front. He also plans to make some smaller donations such as to an athletic club in the Jonathan Street neighborhood and the Boy Scouts. For the unversed, The Maryland Theatre underwent a $15 million expansion about four years ago. Apart from this the 108-year-old South Potomac Street landmark has been a pivotal part of an ongoing revitalization of downtown. For those who are unaware, the Collegium Sanctorum Angelorum, launched at 31 W. Washington St. in 2021, is a Catholic liberal arts college, and the Greater Hagerstown Committee was established in 1987.
