The Punjab Government has appointed Dr. Avnish Kumar to the office of additional Vice Chancellor of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences after accepting Dr. Raj Bahadur's resignation a few days earlier.
He held the position of Director of Medical Education and Research in Punjab before this. A crucial meeting with all of the doctors and other hospital employees will be held by Guru Gobind Singh Medical after Dr. Avnish Kumar takes leadership on the 16th, according to sources.
Dr. Raj Bahadur recently submitted his resignation as vice chancellor of Baba Farid University, which was accepted by the chief minister. He was unhappy about the bad treatment from health minister Chetan Singh Jodamajra.
