She did, however, respond to the news that Sonu Sood had tested negative for the virus and was recovering 'quickly'.In a tweet, Kangana said that Sonu had received his first dose of the Coronavirus vaccine and had recovered 'quickly' from the virus. She also encouraged him to encourage young people to get the vaccine starting May 1, when it becomes available to everyone over the age of 18. "Sonu ji you had the first shot of the vaccine and I see because of that you recovered very quickly," Kangana Ranaut tweeted. "Maybe you want to appreciate India made the vaccine and its effectiveness, as well as encourage people to take the vaccine so that loads of it don't expire post 1st May like before."Sonu Sood, who tested positive for the virus on April 17, announced the news on his Twitter account.

He drew '-ve' on his victory pose picture with a green color graphic paintbrush. "Tested: COVID-19 Negative," he wrote in the caption, keeping it brief but to the point. Kangana Ranaut's parents got their COVID 19 vaccine for the second time, and the Thalaivi actress posted pictures of them on social media. Not only that, but she also said that she was 'waiting for her turn to receive the jab. Meanwhile, the actress is reportedly spending time at home due to the Maharashtra Janta Curfew and restrictions levied as a result of the COVID 19 spike.
