The AIIMS report is not contrary to the findings of the CBI in Sushant Singh Rajput's case meaning there is no clean-chit given to anyone. It means Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty is still under the scanner of the CBI.

The five members team of the AIIMS submitted the final report of Sushant Singh Rajput to the CBI on Monday. Reports say that the report submitted by the AIIMS team is 'conclusive'. The medical board of AIIMS forensic experts, headed by Dr. Sudhir Gupta, was set up last month to look into the medical files related to Rajput's death and study the autopsy and viscera reports.

"AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion," said Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the Forensic Department at AIIMS and chairman of the medical board.  

Now going by the reports of Times Now, the AIIMS report is not contrary to the findings of the CBI in Sushant Singh Rajput's case meaning there is no clean-chit given to anyone. It means Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty is still under the scanner of the CBI.

Besides Rhea Chakraborty, the others named in the FIR are three of her relatives, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, and Showik Chakraborty, and two others – Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi.
