Actor and producer AjayDevgan has been in the sky after the release of his recent film ‘Big Bull’. The moviereceived amazing reviews from the audience. After the success of Big Bull, itseems that Devgan is all set to add one more film to his production list. This timehe will team up with Siddarth Roy Kapur to produce a comedy-drama named ‘Gobar’. This movie will be inspired by real-lifeevents.
In conversation with VarietySiddharth Roy Kapur and Ajay Devgan have confirmed the news of theircollaboration. The movie will be backed by Ajay Devgan under his banner ‘AjayDevgan films and produced by Siddharth under his banner Roy Kapur Films.
Talking about the film AjayDevgan said, “the story of ‘GOBAR’ is at once unique, relatable and incrediblyfunny as well as gripping and entertaining to the point that I’m confident itwill compel people to go to the theaters”. The actor also expressed that his sole motive to back this film is to make the audience laugh and relaxed after allthe stress people went through in the Covid war.
While the Tanhaji actor isenjoying the success of his recent production The Big Bull in which the leadrole was played by Abhishek Bachchan there’s much more on his plate right now. Ajayis also shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming release GangubaiKathiawadi along with Alia Bhatt. The actor will also be seen in RRR with Jr.NTR and Ram Charan. And his work list doesn't end here; he will also be seenplaying in fields as football coach Syed Abdul Rahim in Maidaan. The shootingfor the movie is still a work in progress. Maidaan will be directed under AmitSharma banner and produced by Boney Kapoor,Akash Chawla, Arunava Joy, and Sen Gupta.
