Yesterday actor Akshay Kumar announced that he has been tested as Covid positive and now today he informed his fans that he has been hospitalized under medical advice as a precautionary measure. He assured his fans that he is doing fine and will soon be coming back to home with all his fan's good wishes.
Taking to his Twitter handle he wrote, “ thank you everyone for your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working, I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure I have been hospitalized. I hope to be back home soon, take care”. On Sunday, Akshay Kumar informed everyone that he has been tested covid positive and has immediately isolated himself. He also urged people who came in contact with him to get tested and take all the precautions.

For the last few days, Akshay had been shooting for his upcoming movie Ram Setu starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha. Out of all other big stars, Akshay was the one to resume work first after covid lockdown. That time he was shooting for his latest thriller Bellbottom in Scotland in August 2020 and worked overtime to finish the film in 45-day schedule.
Now the recent reports show that the other 45 members from the sets of Ram Setu have been tested positive. After Govinda, he is the latest Bollywood actor to fall prey to the virus. Earlier Aliya Bhatt shared the shared the news of his health and Sachin Tendulkar was also admitted to the hospital after deteriorating health condition.
