The Wagah border Retreat ceremony is a daily military practice that takes place at the Wagah-Attari border crossing between India and Pakistan. The ceremony involves soldiers from both countries participating in a carefully choreographed routine.

The wife of Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Amritsar today, July 20. The entire program as a whole was kept secret and nobody knew about her arrival. Additionally, no information concerning this was disclosed to the media. The retreat ceremony at the Wagah border was attended by Amit Shah's wife, who also applauded the BSF soldiers. Sources were consulted, and it was discovered that certain BSF officers were also photographed. However, the media was not even allowed to be informed.
