Amritpal Singh in Punjab? Waris Punjab De Chief allegedly manages to escape from Hoshiarpur checkpost

The manhunt against Amritpal Singh has entered its 10th day but still, there is no clue about where Waris Punjab De Chief is hiding. Day-to-day various developments surface about Amritpal Singh along with his images. Recently, a selfie of Amritpal Singh with close associate Papalpreet Singh went viral after which a CCTV also surfaced of alleged Pro-Khalistan leader from Delhi. Reportedly, on Tuesday night Punjab police managed to detain two of Amritpal Singh’s close associates from Hoshiarpur.

Giving an insight into the incident, a search operation for Amritpal Singh was going on in Punjab’s Hoshiarpur. A white-colored Innova car came near the check post but flee from there at high speed. The suspicion of police rose that the car might have Amritpal Singh and his aides. Later, the accused left the car near gurudwara and ran away from there. There are speculations that besides Papalpeet Singh, one more aide of Amritpal Singh managed to escape with him. The police have detained 2 aides in the search operation and an investigation is underway.

As per information, both the arrested youths are from Punjab but currently live in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh. The police have launched an operation to search the other hiding aides in nearby areas.

For the unversed, recently a CCTV has surfaced which shows the man walking in sunglasses without turban. The person is none other than Amritpal Singh. As per reports, the CCTV that has surfaced is from March 21 and Amritpal Singh was spotted in Delhi donning a leather jacket, mask, and sunglasses but no turban. He appears to have a distinct look, since his hair hangs loose with no turban, and the Khalistani leader was seen wearing a mask in the video. The CCTV footage was taken on March 21, three days after the Punjab Police launched a big crackdown on Amritpal Singh and his 'Waris Punjab De' outfit. Amritpal Singh is still missing, and the Indian government has already requested that the Nepal government not allow him to flee to another country.
