Waris Punjab De Chief Amritpal Singh further added that India is the strongest democracy all over the world still people’s voice is suppressed here. He said, “if a person puts his idea about Hindu Rashtra, then it’s totally fine but when someone talks about Khalistan, the government takes action against that person.” Adding to his clarification, Amritpal Singh said that he came to India to work for Sikh community and does not want to get involved in politics.

For the unversed, this whole issue started after Amritpal Singh threatened Ajnala Police over the arrest of his two members.
