A violent shootout between police and gangsters in Amritsar, Punjab. Police have arrested 2 accused following retaliatory firing. Weapons have also been recovered from the accused. SSP Rural Satinder Singh confirmed the information and said that the accused are being interrogated after arresting them.
According to the information received, the police had received information about the presence of 2 suspects in Baba Bakala Sahib, Amritsar. After which the police located them and started chasing them. Meanwhile, the gangsters started firing after seeing the police vehicle.
The police retaliated and surrounded the accused. Both the accused have been taken into custody. Weapons have also been recovered from the accused.
