An attempt was made by unknown youths to plant a bomb in the car of the sub-inspector on 16th August 2022 in Block C of Ranjit Avenue.

Sub-Inspector Dilbag Singh said that the bomb found a few days earlier from Tarn Taran is similar to the one that was planted under his car. According to Dilbagh Singh, the bomb may have fallen to the ground because the two suspects did not correctly put it under the car.
