Shocking information is received from Amritsar where 3 miscreants came to carry out a robbery at petrol pump but failed after clashing with petrol pump workers. Soon after workers started shouting, robbers fled from the scene.
Reportedly, three bike-borne robbers came to Super Service filling station situated at GT Road Mananwala at around 4:30 pm on Tuesday. Soon after arriving they took out their guns and started asking for money. In the meantime, two workers working at filling station clashed with robbers and started shouting for help after which miscreants fled from scene. The whole incident was captured in CCTV installed at filling station.
Rakesh, a resident off Mananwala who was eye-witness to this incident revealed that 3 masked robbers came to petrol pump with pistol in their hands while one of them had a double-barrel gun. Post this, police station Chatiwind was informed about this who reached the spot and started an investigation to find out miscreants.
Locals of Amritsar are now living in constant fear of theft, robbery, etc as the city is seeing collapsing law and order system. Police is making continuous efforts to keep law and order of city under control and carry out operation to get hold of all accused.
