Heart-Wrenching news has come to the fore from Amritsar. Leaders who are elected by the people so that they make sure that nothing wrong happens in the state have now turned out to be the ones violating the law and order.
Reportedly, a leader from the ruling government, AAP has been arrested by the police in a case related to the molestation of a minor. Reportedly, at the behest of an AAP leader indecent activities were done with the girl. Post this incident, the victim herself went to the police and got a complaint registered against the accused. The case was registered based on her statement and two AAP leaders have got arrested.
According to the information that has been received, the incident is from the Manjitha area of Amritsar and the accused who have been arrested are Preetpal Singh Bal and his close aide Rajbir Singh. The victim is a 15-year-old girl. The written complaint that has been submitted by the victim has revealed some startling facts. It is said that the victim’s mother had an illicit relationship with a school teacher named Dharmendra Singh Billa. When the family tried to explain it to her, she left the house and started living near her house of Billa.
The complaint further read that Dharmendra tried to touch her inappropriately several times and this was known to the victim’s mother. The mother instead of raising her voice against it told her not to tell anyone about the same. It was also mentioned that the two who have been arrested were very close to Dharmendra Singh Billa and often visited their house.
The girl also told the police that Billa tore her clothes and touched her inappropriately in front of the two leaders but they did not do anything. On the complaint, the investigation is still going on by the police.
