Amy Jackson who was last seen in Rajinikanth's 2.0 had shared a rarethrowback pic of Aishwarya which was clicked just after Aishwarya was crownedMiss World in 1994, calling her ‘forever favourite’.
In the snap, Aishwaraya is wearing a maroon saree and was sitting onthe floor with her mother, Vrinda Rai, and having a meal. In the pic, she can be seen enjoying food while the Miss World crown still rests on her head.
Sharing the photo, Amy Jackson wrote, "The Queen.Forever Favourite ". The photo was originally shared by a fan page whichwas then put up as a story on Amy’s story.
Amy had also won a pageant earlier. In 2019, The Britishactor was crowned Miss Teen World. She also competed for the Miss England titlein 2010 and was titled as the runner-up.
Aishwarya was the first runner-up at the Miss India pageantin 1994. She lost the crown to Sushmita Sen and Later on, both of them werecrowned as the Miss World and Miss Universe, respectively.
They both share another connection, they both were part of Rajinikanth2.0.
In 2017, Amy had told a leading daily, "Aishwarya RaiBachchan is an inspiration. I’ve watched Robot several times. I have literallyfollowed in Aishwarya’s footsteps. But our characters aren’t related.”
Aishwarya was last seen in 2018's Fanney Khan with RajkummarRao and Anil Kapoor. And will be seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvanwhich is based on a novel written by Kalki Krishnamurthy.
Amy made her debut with a Tamil movie, Madrasapattinamin 2010 and was also seen in movies such as Ek Haseena Thi, Singh Is Bliing andFreaky Ali.
