Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, two billionaires who regularly compete with one another in terms of wealth, might face off as MMA fighters in an arena if things go well. Once again, the two have agreed to fight each other in a cage match. Initially this whole facade looked like a joke but then things got pretty serious. The UFC President Dana White has confirmed that both Musk and Zuckerberg are "absolutely dead serious" about fighting each other in a match in the octagon.

What is the fight all about?

The series of events that have led to talks about fight started on Tuesday when Musk took a dig about Zuckerberg’s Meta planning to launch a rival for Twitter by the name- ‘Thread’. “I’m sure Earth can’t wait to be exclusively under Zuck’s thumb with no other options. At least it will be ‘sane.’ Was worried there for a moment,” wrote Musk.

Replying to Musk’s comment, a Twitter user had written, “Better be careful @elonmusk I heard he does the ju jitsu now". Here, the twitter user pointed towards Zuckerberg’s victory in the recently held Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament at the Silicon Valley high school where he won a Gola as well as Silver medal. To which Elon Musk replied, “I am up for a cage match if he is lol”. Zuckerberg accepted the challenge which made things serious when he replied by asking for the location of the fight- “Send me location”. This has proved that all this is not just a mere joke. Musk has replied to final comment by saying-“Vegas Octagon." Musk also added: ”I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus’ where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing.”

White also commented on the magnitude and importance of the fight if it actually occurs, even though the Zuckerberg vs. Musk match is still up in the air and not yet official. - “This would be the biggest fight ever in the history of the world — bigger than anything that’s ever been done, it would break all pay-per-view records. These guys would raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity,” predicted White.

“You don’t have to be a fight fan to be interested in this fight. Everybody would wanna see it,” he added.

To all the happening controversy, the Controversial influencer Andrew Tate came into picture when he tweeted that he wants to train Elon Musk to take down Mark Zuckerberg. The ex-pro kickboxer said it would "restore" his own honor after he was banned from Meta's platforms- “I will train you @elonmusk," the former professional kickboxer tweeted. "You will not lose." Tate, a social media star who was barred from Meta's platforms in 2022, has given this offer to Musk as an act of retaliation against the social media company.

"Meta banned me everywhere for telling the truth about vaccines," Tate wrote. "But now we can restore honour with a strike at the enemy clans leader."
