The year2021 has also started behaving like 2020. On Saturday morning Bollywood againhears sad news. Television and Bollywood actor Bikramjeet Kanwarpal passedaway due to covid-19 complications. Interestingly, Bikramjeet was a retired armyofficer who joined the film industry after his retirement. As it is said ‘asoldier is never off duty, this man did not let his retirement ‘retire’ fromwork.
His deathcame as a shock to the industry and creates a more tense situation owing tothe covid surge. Actor and colleague from the industry Manoj Bajpayee took tohis Twitter account and expressed his grief over the loss. The actor writes, “Oh my God!! What a sad news !! we knew each other for 14 years since the makingof 1971! REST IN PEACE MAJOR !! so shocking !!”. Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh whoworked with Bikramjeet in the movie Bypass Road wrote a heartfelt note for the lateactor, “extremely sad news. I’ve known major Bikramjeet for so many years. He andI have worked on so many films together. The last thing being Byepass Road. Sucha fantastic, encouraging and energetic human being he was and will always beremembered. #RIP my dear friend will miss you”.
The lateactor worked in both Films and television shows. In the television industry, heworked in shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Yeh Hai Chahatein, Dil Hi Toh Hai andSpecial Ops.
