Amid thetough times of covid-19 many Bollywood celebrities have made generouscontribution for the country to fight against the second wave of coronavirus. ActressAnushka Sharma took to her Instagram account, on Sunday, to thank all thehealthcare and frontline workers for their dedicated efforts as India fightsthe second wave of the deadly Covid-19.
Sheposted a video with pictures of doctors, policemen, and ambulances and wrote:"Thank You, A huge shoutout to all the frontliners working tirelessly dayand night putting their lives at risk to save ours. India stands by you."
Shecaptioned the video as: "We'd like to say a big thank you to all ourhealthcare and frontline workers, their dedication is truly inspiring. Youcontinue to risk your lives for the nation, and for that, we are eternallygrateful to you. You are the real heroes, for Virat and I, and for the nation.Thank you once again."
Earlier,Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma announced a fundraiser, #InThisTogether withKeto organization, to help people cope with the Covid crises in the country.They donated Rs 2 crore for this initiative. In just one day their fundraiserreceived Rs 3.2 crore for covid facilities.
The actressannounced the news of this fundraiser a day after her birthday while thankingher fans for their wishes. The most adorable couple of the B-Town recentlywelcomed their first child, baby girl Vamika on 11 January 2021. When the babygirl was born the couple had requested all paparazzi to respect their privacyand not put their daughter in limelight. They have decided not to put Vamika infront of camera lights. Therefore, the couple has not shared any full pictureof their daughter till now.
