Arjun Rampal's big statement in drugs case, NCB seized dog medicines during raid

The Narcotics Control Bureau on Monday grilled model-turned-actor, Arjun Rampal, in the ongoing probe into the drugs nexus with Bollywood being probed by the central agency. NCB grilled the actor for more than seven hours. NCB stated that t it has found discrepancies in Arjun's statements and might call the actor again. The agency has found that the prescription submitted by Arjun was backdated and also evidence of sedative drug use has been found by the anti-drug agency. 

Now, actor Arjun Rampal has allegedly made some sensational claim. Going by the various media reports, Arjun during the investigation claimed that, NCB officials seized his dog's pain killer tablet and his sister's anxiety pills. The NCB has been investigating the connection of drugs in Bollywood for several months. 

As per reports, Arjun Rampal told NCB that one of the two types of tablets that the NCB  seized from his house was his dog's which was prescribed by an expert doctor of Veterinary. Also, the second tablet that was found was that of his sister, which was administered by a psychiatrist in Delhi keeping in mind the problem of their anxiety.

Going by the reports of Mid Day, NCB caught Arjun Rampal's girlfriend brother Agisilaos Demetriades, talking to someone named 'Arjun' on WhatsApp and assuming it's the actor, and therefore the agency raided Rampal's Bandra house.

During the interrogation, Rampal revealed the NCB that the person 'Arjun' found in Demetriades' WhatsApp chats is not him. During the raid at Rampal's house, the NCB had seized two different tablets - one was Ultracet (a prescription medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain, contains tramadol and acetaminophen). One strip comes with 15 tablets and four were found at the actor's house.
