Assistant Director SCERT exhorts officials to gear up for Mission Shat Pratishat

Meeting of school heads and mentors regarding ensuing Board examinations and accomplishing mission cent percent held

Salinder Singh, Assistant Director, SCERT (Trainings), while presiding over the meeting of School heads, District Mentors and Block Mentors, members of Zila Sikhiya Sudhar team, at Government Senior Secondary School (Boys) Barnala, took stock of the  progress of their efforts being put in to accomplish "Mission Shat Pratishat" in the ensuing Board examinations.

The school heads showed their power point presentation regarding the data analysis of the progress report of the students on the basis of the house examinations and the micro planning being executed for the weak, average and meritorious students. They also shared the good practices being adopted by the teachers for achieving the desired goal.

The simplified learning material, question banks, model test papers as per the revised syllabus and structure of question papers are being provided to the students. The school teachers have been taking extra classes both physical and virtual as per the convenience of the students and adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines and adopting innovative initiatives like "Buddy Groups" and "Each One, Ask One", use of Punjab Educare App for having easy access to the requisite material and latest information, they added.

Addressing the meeting, Salinder Singh, Assistant Director, SCERT, Sarbjit Singh Toor, DEO (SE), Harkanwaljit Kaur, Deputy DEO (SE), Dr. Ravinder Pal, Principal cum DSM, Anil Kumar Modi, Principal cum Incharge Zila Sikhiya Sudhar Team, Principal Rakesh Kumar, Principal Harish Bansal (District Mentors) Jasvir Singh, State Resource Person( Science) , Amaninder Singh ( DM Englisg/ S.St.) Kamaldeep Singh (DM Mathematics) Simardeep Singh (DM Sports) Binder Singh Khuddi Kalan, Media coordinator, Block Nodal officers - Sureshta Rani, Harpreet Kaur, Jaswinder Singh, among others, also shared valuable tips for making the "Mission Shat Pratishat" successful by ensuring qualitative improvement in the results of the government schools.
