The 10-year anniversary of Baahubali has come as a surprise to the fans of the franchise as the director of the film SS Rajamouli has gifted them another sequel of Bahubali - Baahubali 3: The Epic. The official release date of the film has not been declared by the director or the filmmakers but this surprise has indeed brought excitement among the fans.
Initially, the film was released in the year 2015, which featured Prabhas and Rana Daggubati and took the box office by storm.

The announcement was shared by SS Rajamouli through his official Twitter account, where he expressed, “Baahubali… The beginning of many journeys. Countless memories. Endless inspiration. It’s been 10 years. Marking this special milestone with #BaahubaliTheEpic, a two-part combined film. In theaters worldwide on October 31, 2025.”
Furthermore, he also shared a stunning and breathtaking poster of the film which was featuring Prabhas in different looks from both films. He also mentioned that the film will be released in four regional languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
The fans, across the globe, are immensely excited after hearing the release update for the third installment of Prabhas’ Baahubali.
The first two parts of Baahubali -
The first part of SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning, which starred Prabhas, was released back on July 10, 2015. The story and screenplay was written by V. Vijayendra and Rajamouli, respectively. The budget for the film was 180 crore and the total reported collection for the same was 650.12 crore.
After two successful years, the second part of the film, named Baahubali: The Conclusion, was released in 2017. The budget for the film was 250 crores and it gained around 1810.60 crores. The film also featured Prabhas, along with Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia and Rana Daggubati.
Similar to the third part, which is yet to be released, the second sequel was also released in four languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. Following which it was dubbed in Japanese, Russian and Chinese.
