BJ Barbie Jini runs to life on live stream after minor opens fire in Bangkok's Siam Paragon Mall

While deadly incidents related to mass shooting is now normal in the United States, recently Bangkok was jolted by it. On Tuesday afternoon, people chilling and shopping inside Siam Paragon Mall, one of Bangkok's busiest places, had to run for their life after a 14-year-old minor went on a shooting spree. Two people died in the Siam Paragon Mall shooting when the 14-year-old was finally nabbed by the authorities. Now, Siam Paragon Mall shooting video is doing rounds on social media and netizens are shell-shocked over the chilling footage. The video was captured by a Korean streamer BJ Barbie Jini who was live on Afreeca TV (a South Korean live-streaming platform) during the gunfire.

As soon as the sounds of gunfire terrorized people in the Bangkok mall, Jini was seen dropping her drink aside and running to save her life. She continues her live video where she films her deadly escape from the mall. Now, BJ Barbie Siam Paragon Mall shooting video is spreading like wildfire and is also getting global traction as the shooter was a 14-year-old boy. 

About the Siam Paragon Mall Shooting

As per Thai Police Chief quoted by local media, the two dead victims were from China and Myanmar. The suspect who is 14-year-old surrendered to officers and had been using a handgun. It is pertinent to mention here that the Thai Police are still investing and trying to find out the motive of such drastic step taken by the teenager. Apart from the two dead, five other people - one Lao national, one Chinese and three Thais were also injured. As per reports, police arrived on the scene at 17:10 local time (10:10 GMT) and were able to disarm the assailant, however, till then several people had been hit.Talking about the 14-year-old Bangkok mall shooter, local media reported that he attended a school close to the mall and had a record of getting treatment for a mental health condition at Rajvithi hospital, but had recently stopped taking his medication.
