Kaithal: International borders are no barrier to humanity. Three-year-old Anjali living in Bal upvan Ashram here was adopted by a Belgium couple on Friday.
The adoption process was completed with all necessary approvals by governments of both the countries in the presence of DLSA Secretary and CJM Taranjeet Kaur, couple-- Nijkrush and Scubmartin-- their two children president Ravi Bhushan Garg of Organisation running Bal upvan Ashram and others.
CJM Taranjeet Kaur said Balupvan Kaithal was a specialized adoption agency. Anjali was sent to Bal Upvan by Child welfare committee Kurukshetra in January 2017.

The child was brought up here and provided all necessary facilities and her details were uploaded on Central Resources Adoption Authority(CRAA) portal.
Following all legal procedures the formality of adoption by couple Nijkrush and scubmartin were completed and child handed over to the couple at a simple ceremony in Bal Upvan here on Wednesday.
The Belgium couple has two sons and adopting a girl now feels that their family is complete now which they felt was incomplete in the absence of a daughter.
The couple said it wanted to adopt a girl from India and had registered themselves on Belgium institute Ray of Hope for adopting a girl child.
After a long wait, Anjali was selected for adoption through the portal. The couple, along with their two sons, reached here on September 17 and after completing all legal formalities adopted Anjali
