In the beginning of July Battlegrounds Mobile India had hinted upon the date of release of the new update. The 1.5.0 update will be the very first update after the release of the game in June. The new update will have some new features that might change the whole game play experience for the users. It will be available for download from 13th July.
Here are all the new features,
Size of the update
You might have to make some space for the new update as it is around 422MB in size. The size might vary depending on the device but the margin is low. In addition to the 422 MB the user must also download the maps and other resources manually.
New Weapons
If you are a fan of the all time favorite Assault Rifles SACR-L and AKM then you will surely love the new AR ASM-Abakan. The ASM will be available in regular mode and in Erangel. This AR uses the regular 5.56 ammo and has all firing modes including, Burst, Single-shot and Full-auto.
The second addition to the armory is a Light Machine Gun named MG3 which uses a 7.62mm and has a fast and continues firepower. MG3 will however be only be found in airdrops.
In addition to the new weapons, M249 LMG will be removed from airdrop and will be available as regular loot.
Glass Windows
In Erangel and Miramar the buildings will have glass windows. The windows can be broken by simply jumping in or by shooting. This new update will create a shattering sound which will alert the players of enemies entering the building. This new feature introduces a new dimension to camping and attacking.
New Ranking
The rankings this season will also be changed, as the Ace tier has been divided into three new tiers. The three new tiers being Ace, Ace Master and Ace Dominator. From the next season three seasons will be combined together in order to form a new season namely, Cycle 1 Season 1 (C1S1), Cycle 1 Season 2 (C1S2) and Cycle 1 Season 3 (C1S3).
Krafton announced that it had crossed the 3.4 crore mark after its release.
