Bhagwant Mann releases a video in which Aam Aadmi Party members were not allowed to enter central hall of Rashtrapati Bhavan where President Ram Nath Kovind was addressing party leaders during the start of the budget session.

Bhagwant Mann was seen alleging that although they had boycotted the address of the President but it was necessary to go inside and mark our protest in front to President and the union government because President had signed on the contentious bills that are termed as 'warrant of death' for farmers.

Four members of Aam Aadmi Party comprising of three from Rajya Sabha and one Mann himself from Lok Sabha were not allowed to enter the central hall on the excuse that their names were not in the list of invited members.

Mann alleges that he had brought Covid-19 negative reports also so that they would have allowed them inside. He alleges that they said the list includes only 145 members while other members were not allowed, including the leaders of AAP.

Mann also alleges that the list was prepared by the government. Bhagwant Mann, along with other leaders of AAP sat outside the central hall and marked their protest.
