A copy of the petition has been claimed by an eminent news agency, quotes the school principal that they did not know for what reason sedition charges have been imposed against the school.

As per the petitioner, the police had also questioned students-- videos and screengrab of CCTV footage showing them speaking to students were shared widely on social media, propagating agitation.

In the petition, the school Principal was further quoted saying alleged that on one occasion, police in uniform questioned students, with no child welfare officials present-an accusation, however, denied by the police.
