Elvish Yadav Arrest Reason

As per a newswire, Youtuber Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police in connection with Wildlife.

YouTuber Elvish Yadav of Gurugram, Haryana appeared in Gurugram court in the first week of March in a case related to the use of poisonous snakes. In this case, the complainant Saurabh Gupta, a member of the People for Animals (PFA) organization, sent a letter to the court in which he claimed that he was receiving threats from the International Wildlife Gang.

In the year 2023, the song 32 Bor by singer Fazilpuriya and Elvish Yadav was launched, in which snakes were used. 20 snakes were used in the entire song, out of which 6 snakes were of rare species. Objecting to this, PFA had given a complaint to Gurugram Police.

People for Animals (PFA) organization member Saurabh Gupta had said in his complaint that singers Fazilpuriya and Elvish Yadav have used snakes in the song in a commercial manner.

Permission to shoot the video was not taken from the Animal Welfare Board and the administration, nor was the forest department informed about it. When Gurugram Police did not register the complaint, Saurabh Gupta applied in the court.
