In a bizarre development, hundreds of students on Friday broke the gate and forcefully entered the examination center to take their Bihar Board Class 12 exams. Many students were denied entry because they arrived at the examination center late and therefore, the angry students broke the gate and pushed back police to forcefully enter the examination hall. The situation became so tense that a Police security had to unload his gun to drive away students trying to enter the examination hall forcefully.

 

Reacting to the viral video, a user wrote that the incident took place in Khagaria, Bihar. The students reportedly arrived 40 minutes late and therefore they were denied entry. 

 

Bihar Board Exam Guidelines

 

According to reports, BSEB chairman Anand Kishore emphasised several imperative guidelines to streamline the examination process. Students appearing for the Bihar Board Exam 2024 must go through the following instructions to avoid hassle. 

 

  • Candidates are required to enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
  • Students must carry the BSEB admit card 2024 and valid identification proof to the examination centre.
  • Students are allowed to carry basic stationery items such as blue or black pens and pencils.
  • Electronic devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, or electronic watches are prohibited for both invigilators and candidates.
  • All examination centres are required to have CCTV cameras installed, ensuring compliance with established standards
