Billboard Music Awards: Priyanka Chopra set the mercury soaring in high-slit sheer gown

With their red carpet look at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night in Los Angeles, celebrity couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas raised the style quotient to new heights.

Priyanka Chopra was one of the presenters at the Billboard Music Awards, while her husband performed and hosted the show. Nick is healing from a shattered rib injury, and the actress stepped in to support her spouse by agreeing to be a presenter at the BBMAs.

The actress shared photos from the red carpet on Instagram. Priyanka Chopra wore a custom Dolce Gabbana costume with a thigh-high slit gown and a plunging neckline. She accessorised her golden attire with Bulgari gems and a heavy belt. Nick donned a designer number from Fendi.

At the awards, Priyanka shared a photo of Nick hugging her. She wrote: "Husband appreciation post. Not even a cracked rib can stop this force of nature. So proud of you baby. With everything you do! Your work ethic, your pursuit of excellence! You inspire me every day! Crushed it today! I love you so much !"



Nick Jonas was taken to the hospital on May 15 after suffering an injury while filming for the singing competition show The Voice. The music star was eventually released from the hospital. In Los Angeles, he was filming for the show. The nature of the injury was unknown at the time. Nick's ribs had been cracked, according to Priyanka's post.
