"SHRC is working on the behest of Maharashtra Govt": BJP leader Atul Bhatkhalkar on Rhea's mortuary visit

If they are saying that neither Mumbai Police nor Cooper hospital gave the permission then why the Mumbai police escorted Rhea Chakraborty out from the mortuary.

SHRC SHRC-Clean-Chit Clean-Chit-SHRC

The much-awaited Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission on Wednesday announced its order over Rhea Chakraborty's visit to the mortuary. Although in a major jolt for Sushant's fans the SHRC gave a clean chit to the Mumbai Police and even to the Cooper Hospital. Maharashtra government-controlled SHRC even said that it took suo moto cognizance of actress Rhea Chakraborty's 'visit' to the morgue on the basis of media reports.

On the other hand, Surjeet Rathore reiterated that the Cooper Hospital themselves gave permission to him and Rhea to visit the mortuary. Over the unusual decision, BJP  leader Atul Bhatkhalkar slammed the SHRC verdict. In a conversation, Atul said that this is nothing but an eyewash report and in fact, human rights commission is working at the direction of the state government of Maharashtra.

If they are saying that neither Mumbai Police nor Cooper hospital gave the permission then why the Mumbai police escorted Rhea Chakraborty out from the mortuary. I demand there should be independent inquiry over this by a retired judge or an independent agency on the visit of Rhea Chakraborty.

Atul also went on to say that the Maharashtra state government is trying to protect someone big as Rhea Chakraborty is not a big name for which the Mumbai Police will bear such humility. Protection of Rhea Chakraborty is just a decoy just to protect someone big involved in Sushant's case.
